Stephen A. Iacobucci
Steve is a third-generation developer and property manager and has participated in various roles within home building, multi-family development and property management business. These positions include time as a maintenance technician, an assistant project supervisor, a leasing and marketing specialist, as well as a property and asset manager. Steve graduated from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Business Management and holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
Steve currently oversees the operations and asset management for a portfolio of suburban and urban situated multi-family communities, rental homes and student housing properties as well as industrial and commercial complexes. He also oversees the marketing and sales for the residential building division.
Steve is a certified Fitness Trainer and avid cyclist. He participates in various annual charity rides and runs, including the Multiple Sclerosis 150 City to Shore, American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon and Irish Pub Philly PD Children's Foundation Tour de Shore. Steve is also an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute and the Alzheimer's Association, where he serves on the Corporate Outreach Committee, Spring Gala Committee and Junior Committee. Steve also serves as a board member for the Liberty Bell chapter of the Boys and Girls Club and serves on The Friends of the Mini Station committee in Philadelphia.
